Service Description

CarroClave is an online platform that allows you to check the history of vehicles imported from the United States using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The service includes title verification, accident history, mileage records, and other data available from official sources.

User Obligations

By using CarroClave, you agree to provide truthful information, not use the service for unlawful purposes, and not attempt to access other users' data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed in US dollars (USD), Honduran lempiras (HNL), or Guatemalan quetzales (GTQ) via Stripe, depending on the buyer's country. Prices are displayed before purchase. Purchased credits do not expire.

Refund Policy

If a report cannot be generated due to lack of data for a specific VIN, credits will be automatically returned to your account. No monetary refunds are issued once a report has been successfully generated.

Data Usage

Data provided in reports comes from public and third-party sources. CarroClave does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information and is not responsible for decisions made based on the reports.

Limitation of Liability

CarroClave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
